| 1. What does maintenance include? |
| Our maintenance includes trimming and shaping of all plants and trees up to 6 ft high as needed. We will allow them to flower, although special request will be noted in your work order. Mowing the grass to needed height. Edging the grass around border and any place where mower does not fit. We will remove & spray the existing weeds. If a weed problem arises we will recommend pre emergent at an extra cost. It’s impossible to eliminate weeds but with a maintenance they should be kept under control. Power blow the rock and remove any debris. We will rake the rock as needed. |

| 2. Can I get an estimate over the phone? |
| We do not give estimates over the phone, we have to go out to the property in order to give you an accurate quote. Since all yards are unique and different the price on services vary depending on the property. |

| No, we will advise you on the problem first, have you approve it, then repair it. |
